Restoring Factory Settings - Connect it to power supply, press the Up and Down buttons simultaneously for more than 3s,display will show 8882. If the display shows LLL, it means the sensor needs to be checked. If the display shows HHH , it means the Test Temperature is more than measurement range. 
 
Operating the Temp Controller - 
P0: set start temperature:Press the SET buttom, enter the internal menu to P0, and then click the settings button, use UP and Down buttons to set the starting temperature.

P1: Set the Calibration temp. 

P2: Set temperature calibration: Set delay start Press the SET buttom, enter the internal menu, use up and down buttons change to P3, press set button again,use up and down buttons to set delay time in minutes.
